The pinky finger bears the weight of the smartphone for prolonged hours leading to a condition that occurs when the little finger bends on the dominant hand - called smartphone pinky syndrome

during lockdown time, there is the increased use of phones, now all depend on the phones for chatting, calling, social media uses, video calls, gaming,etc....do you have ever thought it will give a negative impact on your health??? yeah absolutely it will ruin your health,

nowadays mobile games are taking long duration for one single game I don't want to mention any example here I know u can imagine it, any way you might be experienced the pain,

HOW TO HOLD THE PHONE
- Bring the phone to your face.
- Hold the phone at eye level or slightly lower.
- Use the phone with both hands or just one hand (while the other leans on a wall) so you can stand more comfortably without putting all the pressure on your feet
- avoid prolonged use of the phone.
- keep the phone stand for watching the movies.
- take any other alternative for gaming.
