List Of Things We Should Not Do Immediately After The COVID-19 Lockdown
Most of you might be eagerly waiting for the lockdown to come to an end. you might be planning for a trip, planning to meet your friends, and going out for shopping, well it's better to continue to take precautions, life won't suddenly return back to normal after the lockdown ends. you should be careful and take care of your health. the Risk of infections still be out there. it may spread again if we don't take any precautions after the lockdown.

Here are a few things you should not do immediately after the lockdown ends.
1. Don't rush for a sudden vacation
The corona mostly spread by the movement of people from one country to another, even if the lockdown end you should not plan for a family vacation for a few months. it's better to stay at home and be safe, don't risk your health.

2. Shopping in malls and markets
while some of us have some cravings for shopping, but you should avoid the crowds, the purpose of social distancing is not to expose to the infection. the markets are the main host for infections, should do social distancing.try to buy the groceries online is a better option.

3. Don't throw away Face masks
it's the best option to wear a mask in public, "precaution is better than cure". while you going outside try to wear masks, there is no harm in continuing using your homemade mask while going outside.

4. The large gathering at home
Please avoid the social gathering or throwing a get-together party at home, planning big family functions, this can become a large host for the infection, please use the conference calls.

5. Personal hygiene
One good habit we can Do regular hand wash with soap, use of sanitizers. should avoid the hand contact with the face. practising personal hygiene not only prevent the coronavirus it may prevent other diseases. even if the spread of coronavirus comes to an end also don't stop this habit of handwash.

6. Maintaining Respiratory hygiene in public places
The corona will spread as a droplet infection, it's always a bad habit to cough or sneeze in the public places, droplets through coughing and sneezing is the main spreading platform of COVID 19, its the reason for most of the cases in the worldwide. cover your mouth with a tissue.
7. Eating junk foods
All of us have cravings towards the junk foods because we missed it during the lockdown, We may have many vitamin deficiencies while in lockdown periods due to lack of healthy food supplies, try to eat healthy food after the lockdown ends, regain the vitamins by having healthy foods, take vitamin D foods.
